e overview of whats coming next to higher grades. I can see the improvements and the link he starts to make with his school reads and knowledge share. Irma on top is very flexible and always try to accomodate our busy routine here . The challenge i am foreseeing is the timings for next year since he will be more busy with his extra curricular activities and we might need to switch to weekend classes and i hope academy will sort this out. One thing which i always give emphasise on is eye contact and face to face teaching since talking to blank screen only harvest loss of interest from kids specially when its online learning. I would suggest to have more male teachers availibility during the weekdays as well , that doesnt mean that female teachers are not good, I myself used to be a teacher and we all know how hardworking and dedication we have but boys tend to make quick connection with male teacher ( no offence please☺️). I also want to acknowledge the good your academy is doing by introducing the flavor of islamic studies as well . I would also recommend to start the reporting system as well quarterly like we used to have in schools back in thr days to make students more responsible and accountable, do online combine session with the other students and other teachers of the same level to bring in the compitition and motivation. I am not sure if its a big ask but its pretty normal here in our world☺️ Overall its a great team work you guys are putting together, got to deal with Marium and Irma and they are super talented, immediate response to my questions and lovely young ladies apart from BAU. Keep up the good work guys
